- Account & profile: name, mobile number, email, password, gender, age, and (for Providers) qualifications, registration numbers, chamber details, address and documents.
- Booking information: appointment details, selected doctor/chamber, and limited health-related details you choose to share (e.g., symptoms or reason for visit).
- Communications: messages, reviews, feedback and support requests.
b. Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
c. Information from Providers
- Appointment status, tokens, and consultation records that Chambers/Doctors update on the Platform.
We do not knowingly collect more sensitive information than necessary. Please share only what is required for your appointment.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To facilitate searches, bookings, tokens, appointment slips and reminders.
- To process online Booking Fees/Platform Charges via payment partners.
